At Hazora, we respect your right to control your personal information. You may request the permanent deletion of your Hazora user account and all associated personal data at any time.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your account and personal data, please contact our support team by email:

Once your request is received, our support team will verify your account ownership and process the deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. What Data Is Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, the following information will be permanently removed from our active systems:

• Account Profile & Authentication: Your registered email address, display name, account credentials, and associated account profile records.
• Hazora Family Data: Saved family member profiles, manual reference locations, custom labels, and relational connection links associated with your account.
• Device & Notification Data: Registered push notification tokens, notification preferences, and configured alert radius settings.
• Support History: Direct support correspondence and feedback linked to your account, unless retention is legally required.

4. Data Retention & Legal Exceptions

In accordance with Section 7 of the Hazora Privacy Policy, some limited information may be retained where legally required or strictly necessary for legitimate operational, security, or legal compliance purposes (such as maintaining system security logs, preventing fraud, resolving active disputes, or satisfying statutory legal obligations).

Any such retained data is strictly restricted from active use and will only be retained for the period required by applicable law or legitimate security necessity, after which it is permanently purged.

If you have the Hazora mobile application installed on your device and are logged into your account, you can also initiate immediate account deletion directly within the app:
